NOTICE ON MONITORING OR RECORDING OF TELEPHONE CALLS AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

The Eswatini Financial Intelligence Centre (EFIC) advises that any telephone calls, e-mails or other communication between yourself and the EFIC may be recorded or monitored. This is to retain evidence of a particular interaction between ourselves, as well as for quality control and the training of staff by the EFIC. Using the EFIC’s communication channels means you acknowledge and agree to this recording and monitoring.
